- Maintenance & provision of office Premises at Nirman Bhavan and Jeevan Tara Building and all related matters like rent, electricity, water, telephone and cleanliness etc.
- Purchase & distribution of stationery items
- Misc. Electrical items – Purchase & maintenance
- Central Registry
- Purchase and distribution of perishable items
- Work relating to liaisoning with CPWD, LICI and all related matters
- Reimbursement of bills, issues of CGHS card, I.D. Card & Vehicle pass
- Liveries of MTS Staff (Purchase, issue and reimbursement of stitching charges.)
- Auction of unserviceable items, etc.
- All other works relating to run office properly.
- Maintenance records.
