• Handles the pending Court Cases and Arbitration Cases related to erstwhile DGS&D/ DS&D/DQA regional offices in the country
• Liasions with the Government Counsels, the Litigation Department of Ministry of Law & Justice and other Government organisations for the aforesaid matters.
